1. Service Description

Petsbanana ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered pet portrait generation tools accessible at petsbanana.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and each generation consumes one credit. Payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor. All prices are in USD.

Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Refund Policy

Because credits are consumed instantly upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits. If a generation fails due to a system error and your credit is deducted, please contact us and we will restore the credit.

Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.

5. AI-Generated Content

Portraits are generated using Google Gemini AI models. Output quality and style may vary. We do not guarantee that generated images will match your expectations.

You retain rights to the images generated from your uploads. You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of generating portraits.

You must not upload images that you do not have the right to use, or images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the generation system
  • Automate access to the Service without our written permission
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
